Brückenglück meets Moonwalker

The Römerbrücke closed for one evening, one night and one morning. At "Brückenglück" everyone is invited to enjoy an open-air picnic on the benches set up or on the free spaces on the Römerbrücke. You can bring your own food and drinks or indulge yourself at our selected wine and food stalls. At the same time, the Römerbrücke will be the starting and finishing point for the Moonwalker, the walking event for all those who want to fulfil their childhood dream and walk the city and the hills around it in the most beautiful full moon atmosphere.

Everyone is invited to enjoy the unobstructed view of the moonlit, gentle waves of the Moselle, of the embankment swaying soothingly in the light evening breeze, or of the Römerbrücke itself, which, for once, is populated not by cars but by people. You can bring your own open-air picnic on the benches set up or on the free spaces next to them, or you can indulge yourself at our selected wine and food stands.

But there will be more than just a picnic on this evening: At the same time, the Römerbrücke is the starting and finishing point for the Moonwalker, the walking event for all those who want to fulfil their childhood dream and walk the city and the hills around it in the most beautiful full moon atmosphere. The route can be chosen according to your own fitness level. Meanwhile, fans, supporters and friends are waiting to meet again on the Römerbrücke.
