MS Wissenschaft presents exciting energy exhibits in 2025 – interactive, understandable & free on board!
The MS Wissenschaft is a floating science center that has been traveling through various cities in Germany since 2002 with interactive exhibitions on current research topics. The exhibits come directly from research. The conception and implementation are organized by Wissenschaft im Dialog (WiD) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
How is green hydrogen produced? How can we heat with geothermal energy? What happens in a bioreactor? And how much energy does surfing the internet consume? These and other questions are answered by the exhibition in the Wissenschaftsjahr 2025 – Future Energy.
Whether in living, learning, working, or in the economy: we need energy in almost all areas of our daily lives - and increasingly so. However, limited resources and climate change present us with significant challenges. Science is researching solutions and new technologies. Around 30 interactive exhibits explain key components of a climate-friendly energy supply. The ship will start its tour on May 14, 2025, in Berlin.
Admission is free.
