At an open wine tasting, a total of seven organic wineries from Mosel and Saar will present their wines under the motto ‘Make organic (tangible) tangible!’ - smell - taste - feel. The winegrowers will be available to answer any questions about wine and its production. Participants are invited to learn more about organic viticulture, to sensitise their senses and to get to know the tangible difference to conventional viticulture by means of soil profiles and seed mixtures. Friday 19:00: Wine tasting. Saturday and Sunday 15:00 - 19:00. Prior registration under 06584-7139 is necessary.
