At 11:00 AM, we will meet our wine and cultural ambassador, Stefan Britz, at our winery's estate, located in the heart of Mehring.

After a sparkling wine reception, Stefan will take you on a "Step by Step" tour through the picturesque vineyards of Mehring. Learn fascinating facts about our wine-growing landscape and be enchanted by the beauty of the region. Discover how the interplay of soil and climate makes Moselle wines so unique.

During this moderately challenging wine hike, you will enjoy several wine stops. At the scenic Mehringer Huxlay Hut, Carolin Hoffranzen will introduce you to her world of wines and guide you through an exclusive wine tasting. There, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a snack box while taking in the breathtaking views.

Details of the Wine Hike:

Meeting Point: April 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the winery, Schulstrasse 22, 54346 Mehring
Duration: Approx. 5 hours, including wine stops and wine tasting
Picnic: You can bring your own picnic for the wine tasting or book our snack box (for two people, filled with bread, olives, tomatoes, ham, salami, cheese, and sausage – or as a vegetarian option without sausage – please specify when booking).
Participants: Minimum 12 people, maximum 24 people
Equipment: Sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing
Cost: €60.00 per person (includes sparkling wine reception, guided hike, wine tasting with 3 wines, wine stops, and water)Snack Box: €11.00 per person
