Trout farm Rosengarten

Since 1973, the trout farm in the Leukbachtal near Trassem has been producing sustainably produced fish without factory farming. The fish have room to swim in clean water in natural ponds and are fed high-quality feed. The trout farm has the seal of approval for assured sustainability and is a member of Ebbes von Hei. The range includes rainbow and brown trout, char and other fish species such as sturgeon, perch and zander. In the fish shop you will find a large selection of fresh and smoked fish as well as fish pies, salads, fish soups and complete fish platters.
