In the wine and holiday destination Minheim on the Moselle River, you can attend Roman Herzog ecological wine estate. Winemaker Roman Herzog has switched to exclusively organic production in 2004. Ever since then, he has produced fruity and balanced wines in harmony with nature. The estate also includes a distillery, which has been in use for three generations. Guests are always welcome to have a lovely stay in one of the two cozy twin bedrooms. Roman and Brunhilde Herzog are looking forward to your visit!
