Situated directly on the banks of the Moselle and the cycle path, the Weingärtchen invites you to spend relaxing hours in natural surroundings. Enjoy the enchanting view over the Moselle landscape with a glass of good wine and let yourself be spoilt with delicacies from the winegrower's kitchen. The wine tavern is cosy and sun-drenched with direct access to the garden terrace, where you can relax and unwind with a chat.

Holidays in a historic setting
The Karthäuserhof was built in 1742 as part of the monastic estate of the Carthusians. The influence of the Carthusian Order in Piesport dates back to 1376, when the parish of St. Martin was incorporated into the Trier Carthusian Monastery. In the late Middle Ages, the Carthusian Court overtook the much older Mettlach Court. The link between the two remained the All Saints Chapel, first mentioned in 1102-1124, which was used jointly and is located opposite the Carthusian Court and the guest house. Today, the Karthäuserhof is the residence of the Ertz wine estate.
