In the heart of the unique wine culture landscape of the Moselle, near Trier, our "small" but "fine" holiday home for 4 people awaits you. Experience historical buildings and at the same time enjoy your vacation with individual living comfort. Typical local buildings, such as the "Trier Quereinhaus", have shaped the image of the Moselle villages for centuries. Typically, the living area, stable and barn are arranged side by side under one roof. Equally characteristic is the massive construction made of broken slate stone, white lattice windows with robes and an artistically designed wooden front door. We have such a typical old family-owned winegrower's house in Lörsch, built at the beginning of 1900, awakened from our deep sleep and lovingly renovated. In this way we were able to maintain a cultural value and a piece of home for you as guests, but also for us. Our old house also has its own story. Until the end of the forties, the post office with the only public telephone was located here, it served as a Raiffeisen warehouse and was the residence of the mayor. We preserved a lot during the renovation of the property. Original wooden floorboards, lattice windows and the old oak stairs capture the charm of the story. The spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen provide modern amenities. Stylish, elegant furnishings add to the relaxed atmosphere. The large sunny terrace is an ideal place to relax. Here you can let the sea of ​​grapevines of the Moselle slopes affect you undisturbed. With a little luck you can watch lizards on the slate walls of the sun-drenched steep slopes. The heart of our historic building is the vinotheque "am Flusskilometer 174", where you can taste and buy our excellent wines from our own vineyards, mostly from the steep slopes of the Moselle. A small selection of dishes, as well as summer cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks complete our offer. A fascinating place to relax and enjoy every day of your vacation!
