Our apartment is located in a quiet edge-of-town location with a view of the surrounding vineyards and hills of the Saar valley. In addition to the complete amenities of a vacation apartment, you have access to a spacious, lockable room for storing bicycles, as well as a parking space for your car. You can also use free internet via Wi-Fi. After a short flat route, you can reach the bike path along the Saar; the distance to Saarburg is about 5 km, and Konz at the Saar estuary, with access to the Moselle bike path, is about the same distance away - making Trier easily accessible from Schoden. Alternatively, you can reach many destinations in the Saar and Moselle valleys from the nearby train station. The lower Saar valley also offers many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in a picturesque and varied landscape.
