Feel at home in 70 m² of living space. The apartment is located in the basement of a three-family house (there are more than 10 steps leading down) and offers a large living/dining area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a large hallway. From the living and bedroom, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace, the sunbathing area, and the pool. This is available for your use during the summer months. You will also find a grill in the garden that you can use. Parking in front of the house is included. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 7 euros per day upon prior arrangement.
Heating, water, electricity, final cleaning, as well as bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Dieblich is a local community and a wine and fruit-growing village on the Lower Moselle in the district of Mayen-Koblenz, Rhineland-Palatinate. Dieblich is located on the right bank of the Moselle, about 15 kilometers from Koblenz and about 35 kilometers from Cochem, on the slope of the Dieblich Mosel bend. Direct access to the A61 motorway. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Moselle waterfront. You can also reach Koblenz conveniently by bus transfer within 20 minutes.
