The apartment is a modern furnished top floor apartment in a quiet location on the edge of the forest with a beautiful view. The private entrance leads through a separate staircase to the 50 m² holiday apartment on the first floor. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available). The open living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas as well as a TV and a stereo. The bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe and a double bed (180x200 cm), as well as an additional sofa bed. The apartment has a bright window front and a sunny balcony with seating. The use of bed, kitchen and bathroom linen is included in the rental price.The parking space is located directly at the house. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Internet use via W-LAN is available to them free of charge.
