Welcome to the Koblenzer-Karthause. This bright and quiet holiday apartment is perfect for a city trip during the day and winding down in the evening in a cozy ambiance. With 74 m², it accommodates 2–4 people and is divided into a kitchen, living and dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and two balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor of our multi-family house. Public parking spaces are available directly at the house. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided. Ideally situated just a few steps (100–150 m) from the Federal Archive and a shopping center with supermarkets and a bakery. The district is located on a plateau between the Rhine and Moselle rivers and captivates with its green surroundings, including the expansive Koblenzer city forest and various recreational opportunities. The Koblenz city center and attractions like the Deutsches Eck or the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress are easily accessible either via the bus stop right in front of the door (lines 2, 12, and 620) or by car in a short time.

Arrival from 3:00 PM, departure by 11:00 AM. The vacation apartment must be left broom-clean.
By train
: Main train station Koblenz, west exit, signpost "Karthause, Moselweiß, Goldgrube".
Go up the staircase on the right at the station, you will be on Karthäuser Str., there is a signpost for bus lines 2 and 12. Cross Simmerner Str., go left to the bus stop towards Karthause, Bus line 2 to Zeisigstr. 32!
The house is located directly at the bus stop.
By car:
coming from Cologne to Koblenz, from there use the B 9, cross the Mosel bridge towards
Karthause, Simmerner Str., turn slightly right into Zeisigstr. 32, there is also a bus stop and a parking lot here.
Coming from the A 61
take the exit Waldesch, direction Koblenz, on the B 327 until the Karthause exit, via Berliner Ring
to the Federal Archives then into Zeisigstr. 32, bus stop and parking lot in front of the door.
