The apartments each have their own entrance and are divided into 2 levels.
On the lower level, there is a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with dispensers for liquid soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as an additional paper towel dispenser with soft paper towels.
This level also features a kitchenette with a sink (hot/cold water), a fridge with a 2-star freezer compartment, a microwave, and 2 hot plates. In the wall cabinets, you will find dishes, a coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a kettle. Cutlery, pans, pots, and other cooking utensils are stored in the cabinets and the drawer under the sink.
A cozy corner bench and a extendable table with 2 chairs complete the room.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 beds (90x200), which can either be separated or pushed together. "Silent servants" for placing items are also available.
Only Apt. 1 : An air guest bed (192x90x46 cm or 150x201x46 cm) or a children's bed can be set up.
There are storage options for clothing in the closet on the ground floor or on a movable 2-tier clothing rack. Only Apt. 1 : On the 1st floor, there is also a step shelf.
Bed linen and also fabric towels are standard.

The reservations cost per night:
App. 1:

Arrivals after 7 PM are not possible. Only with a longer stay and prior transfer can the apartment be accessed afterwards using a key safe. You will receive the code after payment is received.
These are holiday apartments; it is not a hotel. Therefore, there is
no
night or permanent reception. Since I will be waiting for you here, I need this time indication. This helps avoid unnecessary waiting times for both sides.
Check-out is possible at any time.
Guests have the option and the right to stay in the apartments until 11 AM. From 11 AM to 1 PM, I need this time for cleaning. If there was no prior booking, the apartment can also be accessed earlier. The same applies if the previous guest checks out earlier. I cannot guarantee that you can actually enter the apartment before 1 PM.
However, you can pay from 11 AM and receive the key, and then move into the apartment later (from 1 PM or any time later).
