Close to the town-center, but calm with excellent views of the Moselle scenery and Cochem castle. The house is surrounded by vineyards and gardens, it is situated near the forests and ideal to relax. There are 12 comfortable **** and *** apartments, fully furnished, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette with dishwasher, lbillard, tabletennis, table kicker, cable-TV etc... Most of the apartments have a balcony and are only accessibly by stairs.

A washing machine and a dryer are available in both houses and can be used by guests for a small fee.
Bikes can be stored in the garage. Parkings are in front of each house - there is one parking for each apartment.
Guests are welcome to use the table tennis table, pool table, barbecue facilities and sunbathing lawn. You can also relax in the in-house sauna.
For a cleaning fee of 25 € per stay and dog your dog is welcome in our house.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
Shortly before arrival, you'll receive an email with your personal pin to remove the keys of you apartment from the key safe.
