New holiday home centrally located in Wadern. In the immediate vicinity is the outdoor swimming pool, the DAV climbing hall, the indoor swimming pool and the HACO shopping centre. The market place is approx. 400 m away, where you will find an organic food shop, a butcher's shop, an ice cream parlour and various restaurants. Directly from the holiday home, Dagstuhl Castle and the Noswendel leisure centre are within easy walking distance. Wadern is located in the border triangle of Germany, Luxembourg and France. The cities of Luxembourg and Metz are definitely worth a visit. Trier, the interesting Roman city, and the state capital Saarbrücken are only 50 km away. The Saarland's landmark, the Saarschleife, can be reached in just over half an hour's drive. Two bathing lakes in Losheim and Bosen are about 8 km away and invite you not only to swim.

Payment is made by bank transfer after booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged with 10% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 15:00. Departure is possible until 10:00 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site or by door code. You will receive the door code by email after paying the deposit. A deposit of 100€ will be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge). Bed linen and towels are not included, these must be booked separately: Towels 6€ (per person), bed linen 12€ (per person).
The holiday home can be occupied from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed, the apartment must be left in a properly cleaned condition (excluding final cleaning) by 10:00 a.m.
