Cancellation is free of charge until 10 days before arrival. 80% of the price will be charged in case of cancellation from the 9th day on before arrival.

The town of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest fee of 1,50 € per person and night. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt from the guest fee. The contribution is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately. You will receive your guest card from your host. This offers you numerous discounts during your stay. check-in 3:00 o'clock p.m. check-out 11:00 o'clock a.m. The hotel is situated in the old town. On the left of the tourist information office turn into "Hebegasse". After 20 m turn right into "Schwanenstraße". Behind the right-hand bend you will find our hotel entrance. As this area belongs to the pedestrian-zone please drive to the Touristinformation "Gestade 6" between 11:00 a.m and 06:00 p.m. Our hotel is situated at the Karlsbader Platz right behind the tourist information office.
