Our Seminarshof winery is located within the impressive walls of the former administration building of the Trier seminary, in the middle of the wine-growing town of Trittenheim.Even the prospective pastors knew about the quality of the Trittenheim vineyards: for hundreds of years, the church from the Trittenheim altar and the Trittenheim pharmacy pressed excellent wines. Today we see ourselves committed to this tradition of winegrowing. But not only this one. In addition to the wine tasting, you can enjoy culinary delights in our restaurant. After a nice day on the Moselle, our guest rooms, in the winery or in our new guest house, invite you to linger. Whether in the winery, in the restaurant or in the guest house - let us spoil you!

DINING AT THE WINEMAKER(April - October)

From April to November, our restaurant "Eating at the Winzer" offers you a selection of different dishes, which Lisa and her kitchen team prepare with great skill, passion and love.A main focus is on regional specialties. Would you like a Moselle onion soup, a tarte flambée or a wine jelly with fried potatoes?But also different schnitzel variations or a juicy steak are also part of our menu. And if you don't feel like eating meat, you're also in good hands with us. Everything is freshly and tastefully prepared for you by me.Enjoy our variety of dishes and house wines in our restaurant, in the vineyard or on the terrace.This is how our wine can be perfectly staged. Experience it yourself!Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant!
