Brewery

The naturally cloudy Mannebacher is brewed in the Mannebacher Brauhaus. Here you can also try completely new types of beer that are not available anywhere else. For some years now, the brewery has also been producing whiskey from Mannebacher beer. Whiskey tastings are offered. In the brewery, antique furniture is combined with modern works of art.

The Mannebacher Brauhaus has been a fixture for years on the western edge of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park, five kilometres from the centre of Saarburg, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, but not far from the world. The typical brewery atmosphere takes guests back in time. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we offer the perfect setting for a cosy get-together for two or a large group.

In the cosy brewing room, you sit up close to the copper brewing vessels where Mannebacher beer is produced strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. The brewing room is complemented by an inviting vaulted cellar, which is also suitable for reservations for closed parties. Furthermore, the 'old' beer parlour is also available for our guests. It provides the historical link to the over 100-year history of the Felten family of innkeepers and is the soul of the main house built in 1897.
