Pfarrkirche "Heilig Kreuz" in Neef

Catholic parish church "Hl. Kreuz" The laying of the cornerstone for the new-Gothic "Heilig Kreuz" church was at the 06.05.1890 and at the 20.09.1891 it was hallowed for the service. It has as patron the apostle Matthew and it on the title "Kreuzerhöhung".

The parish stand in the Middle Ages under the highness of the cloister Stuben, where kept the greatest cross requilar of the christendom. A weeny piece from this received the parish of Neef, whence the name of the parrish chrurch come from. The reliquiar ist kept now as Kuß-Tafel (Pax-Tafel) and at the fixed cross raise to the parish fair of September admire.
