Cabinet Stand

The Kabinett Stand is the tasting stand and food court of Grandbois Wines, an organic winery run by husband and wife team Philippe and Tanja Grandbois. It is located on the historic property Layweg 1 in Maring. The vaulted cellars where all the wines are made and stored are located under the listed buildings on the property. The stand is a modern wine stall on the Maare-Moselle Cycle Route, housed in a legal shipping container, perfect for accessing and enjoying the cycle route. Every day there is a changing range of organically produced, light lunch dishes and wine snacks to complement the local wines on offer. Wine pairings and "wine flights" from the changing menus are also available, as are group tastings on request and confirmation.
