In the holiday resort Lieser you will find the winery Rosenlay. The family cultivates wine on about three hectares of vineyards. These are located in the steep slopes around Lieser. Riesling and Rivaner as well as Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, but also Pinot Noir and Dornfelder are cultivated. In addition to tradition, modern methods for gentle processing of the grapes also play a role. You can taste the wines in the vinotheque or the wine tavern of the winery. Or you can spend your Moselle holiday in the winery's holiday apartments.
