Enjoy the Moselle with all your senses at the family-run Schwaab & Sohn winery in the vacation resort of Erden.

Producing individual and expressive wines that reflect not only the character of the vineyard site, such as the Erdener Treppchen, the Herrenberg or Prälat, but also the Schwaab family's passion for wine: that is the motto and the claim at the winery. The foundation for this is consistent professional work in the vineyard. This requires a great deal of manual work and diligence, especially in the slate slopes. Balanced yields, foliage work adapted to the site and soil care guarantee healthy grape material and thus a long ripening on the vine. Because only high-quality grapes form the basis for expressive wines. In the winery, the quality obtained in the vineyard is preserved by gently processing and pressing the grapes. The winery can boast numerous awards. Of particular note is a top ranking in the "Best of Riesling 2010" competition.

In addition to the winery with 12 hectares of vineyards, the family also runs two modern guest houses, as well as an estate wine tavern. Here you can enjoy the estate's own wine and traditional dishes either in the historic vaulted cellar or in the cozy, plum-covered arbor.
