In the holiday resort Maring-Noviand lies the wine house Bölinger. For seven generations the family has dedicated itself to winegrowing. From this tradition the wines are produced with the greatest care and attention. The grape varieties Riesling, Kerner, Bacchus, Ortega, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder can be found in the vineyard. They can be sampled at a wine tasting in the winery. You can also spend your holiday with the winegrower in the guest rooms.
