The free ship shuttle between Nittel and Machtum connects the wine events "Wäin-Schmaachen" in Machtum and the St. Rochus Wine Festival in Nittel.

As part of the St. Rochus wine fair in Nittel and the ‘Wäin-Schmaachen’ event in the opposite village of Machtum (Luxembourg), a free shuttle boat service with the Princesse Marie Astrid is offered between the two villages and events. Visitors can thus comfortably visit both wine festivals between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm and sample the wine of the Upper Moselle.
