When Mother Goat goes shopping, her little kids must follow very clear rules! The eldest of the seven offspring is in charge. And if, for example, someone knocks at the door claiming to be mother, then the following characteristics must be checked in exactly this order: Does the person have a voice as pure and delicate as the goat's? And does this person also have equally white paws as the goat? If not, it can only be one: the wicked wolf! But if everyone follows all the rules, surely nothing can go wrong – or can it?

Stephan Siegfried's refreshing fairy tale production about following rules and clever little heads represents a sort of continuation of his "Little Red Riding Hood" – while simultaneously serving as its backstory. The children can look forward to a brief guest appearance by the still completely unsuspecting girl in the red hood and other funny cross-references. Additionally, they will learn how the wicked wolf learned to sing high C and how to behave in the forest.

This production was originally developed at the German-Sorbian Folk Theatre in Bautzen.
