Kick-off with Höhner, Die Bamberger, and Susal
The wait is over: On Friday, September 12th, it’s finally time for “O’zapft is!” at the Koblenz Oktoberfest at Wallersheimer Kreisel.
To kick things off grandly, starting at 5:00 PM, two musical worlds will collide – Kölsche party power and hearty atmosphere from Upper Franconia. The legendary Höhner will create an exuberant party mood with popular hits such as 'Viva Colonia' and 'Wenn nicht jetzt, wann dann?'. The Franconian cult band Die Bamberger will make the festival tent shake with their energizing mix of folk music, pop, rock, and party hits. Their motto: From 0 to party in 10 seconds! – a promise they will definitely keep! Together with the legendary parade of the carnival clubs and the traditional tapping of the keg, the Oktoberfest will certainly be ushered in with due grandeur.
On Saturday, September 13th, the fun continues at 5:00 PM with an exhilarating show by SUSAL - The Party Witch and Die Bamberger. SUSAL delights with her mix of schlager and folk music, while Die Bamberger impress again with spontaneity, wit, and great musical variety. The event is already sold out.
