Achtsamkeits-Auszeit im Kloster

Calm, retreat, new energy

In the special atmosphere of the Arenberg Monastery in Koblenz, I invite you to draw new strength for your everyday life and to reinforce your inner balance.

As an expert with several years of experience in accompanying groups in various monasteries, I combine established methods such as mindfulness, Qi Gong, breathwork, EFT tapping, NLP, and meditation into a regenerative overall experience.

In the midst of the expansive parklands, we use nature as a source of strength to sustainably reduce stress and enhance your personal resilience. The uniqueness of my offering lies in a deep rooting in monastic tradition combined with modern stress prevention, which I convey individually in small groups of a maximum of 12 participants. You will receive practical tools for deceleration that you can directly integrate into your life, with the seminar being recognized as educational leave in many federal states.

Indulge in this valuable retreat to return to your daily life with clarity and new vitality.
