Lecture tour for the 10th picture book – Portraits
“UNSEEN” is the title of the 10th picture book, which will be released in time for my milestone birthday on February 21, 2026.
In this anniversary picture book, I have compiled previously unpublished portraits – with and without clothes – from 15 years (2010-2025). A best-of collection featuring largely unknown images that represent a genre I have focused on for many years in my photographic work – with many texts where I tell stories about the numerous encounters with many interesting people during this time. I narrate the backstories behind the images that are known from my work and those of others – with a clear focus not on the technique, but on the protagonists. The people I have met in the last 20 years who have made me who I am today.
