Color Flow 1951: Exhibition by Karin Meyer at Villa Romana Veldenz – Rediscover nature, color & structure!
Vernissage on Sunday, July 13, 2025
The artist Karin Meyer, from Traben-Trarbach, known on Instagram under the name @farbenfluss1951, cordially invites you to the opening of her current exhibition at Villa Romana Veldenz.
Acrylic works on paper and canvas in various formats will be displayed – sometimes powerful and flowing, sometimes calm and concentrated, but always with a deep connection to nature and structure.
Karin Meyer's works emerge from an intense engagement with organic forms, surfaces, and inner landscapes. With a keen sense of composition and color, she creates images that are not loud but have a sustainable impact. Her style moves between abstraction and association – often inspired by natural materials such as wood, stone, or plant structures. “I let myself be guided by the flow and combination of colors – everything is allowed to emerge!” says the artist about her process.
The exhibition invites you to dive into a painterly world where the seemingly ordinary can be seen and felt anew.
The opening will take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Starting at 2:30 PM, there will be coffee and homemade cake. The exhibition will last until the end of September and is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, as well as during events and by appointment.
Admission is free.
