Lister, who was featured in the reader survey "The Greatest Blues Guitarists of All Time" by Total Guitars 2024, is regarded by many as one of the most exciting contemporary blues guitarists. He is not only known for his exceptional guitar playing but also as a highly respected songwriter whose passion for music transcends genres, effortlessly combining blues, soul, americana, rock, and sometimes even pop elements.
After eight studio albums, three live albums, and regular sold-out tours throughout Europe, AYNSLEY LISTER does not really need much introduction.
The British guitarist, singer, and songwriter has earned an excellent reputation in the blues/rock scene over the last 24 years.
At the British Blues Awards, the title track of the album "Home" was awarded "Song of the Year," and Anysley Lister was named "Songwriter of the Year" and "Guitarist of the Year."
