Barista workshop for beginners
In this workshop with Stephan Schunk from Baristaz, you will gain an exciting insight into the world of coffee – from its origin through cultivation and processing to roasting and preparation.
This seminar is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about coffee and understand what really goes into a good cup.
The course consists of two parts: While in the theoretical part you will learn everything about coffee knowledge, growing regions, and bean quality, in the practical part, you will work with the espresso machine.
There, you will practice preparing espresso and the like and learn how grind size, water quantity, and temperature influence taste.
Together, we will discover how the bean becomes your favorite drink – aromatic, balanced, and perfectly tailored to you.
Duration of the event: approx. 3.5 hours
