The Heimat- und Verschönerungsverein Nörtershausen is once again organising this year's fountain festival on 17 and 18 August at the village fountain by the fire station. Fresh, home-baked stone-baked bread will be available on Saturday morning. The stalls open at around 4.00 pm, on Sundays at 10.30 am for a morning pint. In addition to a beer stand with a wide range of drinks, wines from four local growing regions and sparkling wine will also be served. On Saturday evening, a suckling pig from the barbecue awaits customers. Of course, there will also be grilled food and the popular tarte flambée. There will also be games and activities for the children. There will also be an attendance raffle on Sunday after coffee and cake, with each participant receiving a free raffle ticket.
