Concert Pulse

PULSE is the newly formed Pink Floyd tribute, founded by the former ECHOES musicians Oliver Hartmann, Martin Hofmann, and Markus Nanz. Under a new name, they are continuing their successful concert series with great attention to detail and immense passion alongside their electric shows: The music of PINK FLOYD on purely acoustic instruments, newly arranged and supported by a string quartet from Prague.

Since 2014, the musicians have impressively proven that it is possible to present the music of PINK FLOYD acoustically in an "Unplugged" style and to captivate their audience with it during their "Barefoot To The Moon" concerts. By incorporating a string quartet, arranged by frontman Oliver Hartmann, they have given the fantastic music of the original a special and unique touch, making the musical reinterpretation a stunning audiovisual delight.

Alongside classics such as "Shine on you crazy diamond," "Another brick in the wall," and "Wish you were here," even more complex songs that are strongly supported by electronics in their original versions, such as "Welcome To The Machine" or "Money," are not omitted, but rather presented effectively with new and creative arrangements. This can be heard on the successful live album "Barefoot To The Moon" by the former band ECHOES, which has been highly praised since its release in 2015, not only on Amazon but even made it to number 20 in the Media Control Charts - a kind of accolade for a tribute band.
