A musical-literary journey through time to the 1920s.
Roland Techet and Alexandra von der Weth combine the sound of the 1920s with texts by Frank Schablewski. Works by Döblin, George, Rilke, and Schwitters meet music by Schönberg, Weill, Eisler, and Hindemith. Between Expressionism, New Objectivity, and jazz, a sound image emerges that impressively depicts the "dance on the volcano" of that time.
