On Sunday, Fred Knebel will share interesting and amusing anecdotes from his treasure trove of experience as a distiller in front of historic distillation pots. There will also be fine spirits and wines from the Knebelbrüder as well as musical accompaniment by the "Gäermussik".

General Information about the Distillation Days 2026

2026 will be entirely focused on the Three-Country Corner: In addition to the distilleries along the German Moselle and five businesses from Luxembourg, a distillery from France will also participate for the first time. Thus, this year distilleries from all three countries of the Three-Country Corner will be represented at the joint Distillation Days. Visitors can look forward to a diverse program on both days: live distilling, guided tours and tours, tastings, sensory scent courses, as well as typical Moselle culinary specialties that harmonize perfectly with the offered spirits. The focus is on the distillers and their craft. High-quality raw materials from orchards, vineyards, as well as fields and meadows, combined with experience and passion, form the basis for high-quality spirits, liqueurs, and other distillates. The Distillation Days offer the opportunity to watch the distillers at work, engage in conversation with them, and experience the enjoyment and distillation culture of the Moselle across national borders.
