Exhibition ‘in us - around us’ by Edith Daufenbach

Edith Daufenbach's art showcases the tension of human nature – touching, reflective, and full of love for creation.

The images of the artist Edith Daufenbach are reflections of our self in all shades. Delicate artworks in which she processes the contradictions inherent in human nature.
“When we look within ourselves, recognize the negative in us, we also see our positive.” Edith's images reflect what moves (within) US, what occupies and touches us, and what emerges AROUND US from it.
Entrusted to the interplay of all things in the cycle of life, we learn to appreciate the beauty, value, and grace of each individual creature. Everything is allowed to exist, should exist, and unfolds through the most important thing of all: love. It is also love that the artist firmly believes in and from which she derives inspiration. Her love for nature plays a significant role in this. Her images invite viewers to become more sensitive to our nature and to ensure its survival by critically observing current developments, changing habits, and at the same time, maintaining the perspective of the wonderful beauty.
In addition, Edith Daufenbach addresses current themes that move her. She always processes visually from different perspectives – positive and negative – and ultimately with great love. Edith Daufenbach has found her own way to paint what moves within her.

Opening of the exhibition on April 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
