The violin ensemble was founded in 2014 at the Wagner Music School (formerly Op den Camp Music School) in Winningen. Its repertoire includes a versatile selection of different music styles – from classical to pop to traditional music and ragtime. „crescendi“, under the direction of Elke Eicher, can regularly be heard at various events, including performances in nursing homes and at the Bishop Cusanus Gymnasium in Koblenz. In addition, it participates in the annual student concerts of the music school before the summer holidays in the Protestant church in Winningen.
