Federweißenfest

When autumn bathes the vineyards in bright colors, it's time again for Federweißen and onion tart. Every year, when the “new vintage” ripens, the wine town of Zell (Mosel) celebrates its traditional Federweißenfest on the market square right in the heart of the old town. From 10 - 12.10.25 this year, guests and locals can taste the milky, cloudy drink, which is reminiscent of a thousand swirling feathers, with delicious onion tart. It goes without saying in Zell (Mosel) that good food is part of cultural enjoyment. Of course, the excellent wines and sparkling wines from Zell's winegrowers are a must at such a festival.
