The Thörnich Wine Festival replaced the Thörnich Wine Courtyards Festival, which had been held for over 35 years and was well known beyond the borders of the region, in 2022. The Wine Courtyards Festival was organized by winemaker families from our village, while the new Thörnich Wine Festival is organized by the Thörnich community in the form of the association "Wir Thörnicher" e.V. Since it is the Thörnich "Kirmes," that is, the name day of our patron saint, the Thörnich Wine Festival also takes place on the weekend of the second Sunday in September. As with the Wine Courtyards Festival, our Thörnich wines are at the center of our festival. They are supported by a varied music program that offers something for every taste. "We Thörnicher" are pleased to welcome you to our festival and promise you an unforgettable experience at the foot of the Thörnich Ritsch.
