Goya & Dali - Los Caprichos

A comparison

Original images by Goya & Dali

About 80 etchings by Francisco de Goya and Salvador Dali will be on display in the "Old School" hall.

The “Los Caprichos” by Francisco Goya (1746-1828) satirically depict the human weaknesses of society and politics of his time, which still hold relevance today. Salvador Dali (1904-1989) reworked these in line with his exaggerated behavior and his traumatic-irrational imagination, resulting in newly encoded, as well as intriguing and exciting images.

As part of this exhibition, there will be lectures, wine tastings, tapas, and music (exact dates to follow).
