The combined canoe trip starts with a two-hour paddling tour from Schoden through the scenic stretch of the Saar River to the Kanzemer dam. The protected Wiltinger Saarbogen, with its lively rapids, is considered by many to be the most beautiful stretch of the Saar, as the landscape experience is unique. A trained guide teaches participants how to paddle and shares interesting facts about nature and the region. At the Kanzemer dam, participants leave the canoe and explore the vineyards on foot. To conclude the tour, there is a wine tasting with a small snack. The trained canoe guide will not only teach you how to paddle but will also share interesting information about nature and the region. At the Kanzemer dam, you will exit the water.
A guided hike through the vineyards follows (Biodiversity, Ecology, Viticulture). A wine tasting with a small snack in a hut in the middle of the "Kanzemer Sonnenberg" concludes the tour.
