Experience wild herbs: Tour, cooking & enjoying – creative vegan cuisine with exciting stories!
We will start with an herb tour. Sigrid Ertl will explain which wild herbs are suitable for cooking, which ailments they can help with, and how they were used in the past. Wild herbs also have their own stories and anecdotes.
During the lunch break, there will be a hearty wild herb soup. Afterwards, we will create original and creative dishes together with Sandy Reschke using various wild herbs. In the end, we will enjoy everything together, including a delicious surprise dessert. The meals are vegetarian/vegan.
