Interr_options with Eva Krause

The solo piece interr_options is a performance of rhythmic play without words. A quirky character discovers the most banal and wildest sound colors.

With a playful charm, the audience is invited to take a breath and explore the possibilities that arise from a break in the usual flow. The key is to get into vibration, beyond the edge of the stage. Each time, new things happen that can influence the course of events.

Interr_options is part of the Moving Rhythms project, where Eva Krause works at the intersection of body percussion, dance, and theater. Movement becomes audible, sound becomes visible. Through the possibilities of physical theater, poetry and comedy come to the forefront.

After touring with interr_options for one and a half years, Eva Krause is now starting a Master's program in music in Utrecht and will present a freer, extended version of the piece in Konz, shaped by improvisation and new artistic processes.

And a day later, on Sunday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., a free workshop will take place:
In this workshop, we make music with our bodies, learn to embody rhythms, and play in harmony or in canon. We work on coordination, relaxation, and expression. We practice relaxing in the challenge and coming together to play.
