Käse küsst Wein - Traumpaar gesucht!

A delightful combination game around cheese & wine
Have you always wanted to know how to create the perfect cheese-wine pairings?
Then look forward to the exciting challenge of putting together the best cheese-wine combinations under expert guidance.
You can expect a culinary sensory journey through the aromatic variety of cheese and wine. Along the way, there is an incredible amount to learn, and you'll experience some sensory surprises.
And here's what you can look forward to:

  • Welcome with a Mosel sparkling wine and finger food. After the welcome drink, we will introduce you to the basic sensory connections of tasting cheese and wine - as a foundation for the subsequent activities:
  • In the first act, you will get to know all 6 cheeses and 6 wines and sort them according to a sensory basic pattern.
  • In the second act, you will individually assess all 36 possible cheese-wine pairing options and finally mark your preferred pairings. Don’t worry – we will accompany you and assist you along the way.
  • In the third act, all groups will present their results and exchange their experiences with each other – in a relaxed setting with a final glass of wine.

Once again, a brand new innovative cheese-wine format that perfectly combines entertainment, learning, and good taste. Be bold and take on this delicious challenge!
