The name says it all, as life would not be possible without a heartbeat. In this concert, Martha Margarete Herrig and Barbara Knies focus on five basic emotions, in which the heartbeat changes distinctly:
• Love
• Anger
• Fear
• Grief
• Joy
The voice, with all its expressive possibilities, is at the center. Together with a varied instrumental arrangement, they awaken the audience's imagination in diverse musical forms and colors.
The two musicians, Martha Margarete Herrig and Barbara Knies, have created unique arrangements that combine both composed and improvised music.
