Look forward to about 20 predominantly regional ingredients: four farm cheese specialties, a matching assortment of forest fruits, tender meat variations, fresh vegetables, fruit with fruity accents, and matching oils from the Bertgen oil mill.
The enjoyment is perfectly complemented by Moselle wines and beers from the Vulkan Brewery.
