The meeting point is at 5.30 pm in front of the Beatkeller. Traditionally, the St Martin's procession runs from the vicarage to the large festival site with a St Martin's bonfire. The music society and the volunteer fire brigade accompany St Martin on horseback and the lantern procession. On the fairground, the FFW provides refreshments with sausages, mulled wine and cold drinks. The Musikverein organises a large raffle, the raffle tickets are sold in advance in the village, further tickets can be purchased on site.
All children receive a St Martin's pretzel.
