Maxime Herkunft Mosel and Rheinhessen goes Gastro.

In the tasting room of the fine dining restaurant Dopamin, an exclusive 6-course menu will be served, including rarities from the wineries Magarethenhof from Ayl and Mertz from Rheinhessen.
The guest winemakers will accompany the evening: Nicolas Weber from Magarethenhof in Ayl (Saar) and Sina Mertz from Rheinhessen.

The association Maxime Herkunft Mosel e.V. is an initiative of aspiring wineries in Mosel, Saar, and Ruwer that have come together with a clear vision:
Each member commits to contribute to continuously sharpening the wine quality and origin identity of their wines. Environmentally friendly and sustainable management of the vineyards to maintain wine quality takes a special priority for each member.

The members stand for wines with origin, character, and quality that set standards and represent our region outstandingly. As an independent association, the organization works in trust with state institutions and other associations.
