Pure romance: GERMAN HORNSOUN & AMARCORD take you into a poetic sound world full of longing with "Wald.Horn.Lied".
Program: Forest.Horn.Song
Nine gentlemen on stage - and plenty of feeling: With their joint program "Forest.Horn.Song," the two internationally acclaimed ensembles dedicate themselves to German Romanticism. The singers of the Leipzig vocal quintet "amarcord" and the four virtuoso horn players from "german hornsound" present works by Robert Schumann, Franz Schubert, and Carl Goldmark, among others. They take their listeners directly into German Romanticism - an era characterized by nature and longing, amidst the rustling of the forest, the pains of love, and a touch of hunting fever. During the cooperation concert between "Culture in the Pilgrimage Church" and the Mosel Music Festival, a poetic, almost mythical aura unfolds, and the audience can look forward to a passionate musical journey through the romantic emotional world - an evening that touches both heart and ear alike.
