With their thematically designed programs, the ensemble always manages to balance the highest musical demands with entertaining listening pleasure.

At this year's Mosel Music Festival, they can be experienced at two open-air events: in the romantic inner courtyard of Schloss Föhren and in the enchanting park of the Weingut Reverchon by the Saar.

In order to share their enthusiasm for chamber music and playing together in intimate settings, five musicians from the Federal Youth Orchestra founded this brass quintet in 2007. It quickly won numerous awards in international competitions and has since delighted audiences with numerous concerts in Germany and abroad, including the United States, Mexico, China, and France, as well as at festival appearances from Schleswig-Holstein to the Rheingau. Nothing is too difficult for the young virtuosos: the core of their repertoire consists of original compositions that are complemented by impressive arrangements. In this way, the quintet – whose musicians perform with top institutions such as the Konzerthausorchester and the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra, and the Balthasar Neumann Ensemble – aims not only to write music to their taste but also to significantly expand the brass repertoire.
